Concept project — a design demonstration, not a client engagement

Clinic website concept — patients book on WhatsApp instead of calling
Illustrative mockup — the design demonstration, not a real client’s site.
The challenge
A small private clinic — the kind found on every main road in Pakistan — has no website. New patients find it only by walking past or by word of mouth. The receptionist spends a large part of every day answering the same three questions on the phone: what are your timings, which doctor is available, and how much is the checkup? The clinic is invisible on Google, so anyone searching “clinic near me” never sees it.
The solution
A compact 5-page WordPress website designed around the patient’s two real needs: information (timings, services, doctors, location) and action (book or ask on WhatsApp).
- Home: plain-language intro, timings summary, WhatsApp appointment button
- Services & treatments: each treatment with a short description — no medical jargon
- Doctors: names, qualifications, and available days
- Timings & location: a clear timings table plus Google Maps embed
- Contact: appointment-request form (name, phone, preferred day) that arrives by email and WhatsApp
Technology: WordPress + GeneratePress + GenerateBlocks, WPForms for the appointment form. Everything editable by clinic staff after a short training session — timings, doctor lists, and announcements without calling a developer.
The honest result
This is a concept, so there are no patient numbers to report — and we won’t invent any. What the design does deliver: every repeated phone question gets a permanent page, the clinic becomes findable on Google Maps and search, and booking moves to WhatsApp, which the staff already use all day. The measurable outcome for a real clinic would be tracked after launch: form submissions, WhatsApp clicks, and calls — reported honestly, whatever they show.
