Concept project — a design demonstration, not a client engagement
Case study · Real estate website
Real estate website concept — listings buyers can actually search
Illustrative mockup — the design demonstration, not a real client’s site.
The challenge
An independent property dealer posts every listing as a Facebook post: a few photos, a price, a phone number. Within a day it is buried under newer posts. Buyers can’t filter by area or budget, old listings can’t be found, and out-of-city buyers — who can’t visit the office — have no reason to trust a dealer with no web presence. Every serious competitor with a website looks more established by default.
The solution
A listings website where every property has a permanent, searchable page — the opposite of a dying Facebook post.
- Filterable listings grid: filter by area, property type, and price band
- Property detail pages: photos, key facts, map location, and a WhatsApp enquiry button per listing
- Area guides: short pages about the areas you deal in — these rank on Google and bring buyers to you
- Dealer profile: your name, photo, office address, and real contact details — the credibility a Facebook page can’t give
- Easy updates: add or mark listings sold yourself, no developer needed
Technology: WordPress + GeneratePress + GenerateBlocks, with properties as a dedicated content type and filterable archive. Listings are yours to manage from the WordPress dashboard.
The honest result
A concept has no sales figures — we won’t invent any. What the design delivers structurally: listings stop expiring, buyers can search instead of scroll, and every enquiry arrives with the property reference attached so you know exactly which listing the buyer means. For a real deployment we would track listing views, WhatsApp enquiries per listing, and contact-form submissions — and report the real numbers.
